You don't have to figure this out alone.

Life's hardest seasons rarely come with a roadmap. Whether you're facing a major transition, supporting someone you love, or simply trying to find the right resources, Life Connections is here to help you take the next step with clarity and confidence.

The heart behind Life Connections

Over the course of her career, LaToya Whatley worked alongside countless individuals who were quietly struggling, not because help wasn't available, but because they simply didn't know it existed. She watched people carry burdens alone that didn't have to be carried alone and that stayed with her.

Life Connections was born out of that experience. LaToya recognized that knowledge and access are not equally distributed, and that for many people, the biggest barrier between where they are and where they need to be is simply not knowing where to turn. She built Life Connections to close that gap.

Drawing on years of professional experience and a network of community resources, LaToya brings both the knowledge and the genuine care to walk alongside people in their most difficult seasons. Her goal is simple: no one who reaches out should leave without a clearer path forward.

Everyone deserves to know that help is out there and that someone is willing to help them find it.

How we help

We don't just point you in the right direction. We walk with you.

Finding the right resources can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying a heavy load. Life Connections takes the guesswork out of the process by connecting you directly with the community resources, professional guidance, and support networks that fit your specific situation.

Our consultations are free, accessible, and judgment-free. You bring your circumstances. We bring the knowledge, the connections, and the time to help you figure out what comes next.

What to expect on your consultation call

We want you to feel at ease before you ever pick up the phone. Here is what a typical consultation looks like:

We start by listening.

You share what you are facing and what kind of support you are looking for. There is no wrong answer and no situation too complicated.

We help you make sense of your options.

Based on what you share, we identify the resources, programs, and services that are most relevant to your situation and explain how to access them.

We map out your next steps.

You leave the call with a clear, practical path forward and the support of someone who will help you stay connected along the way.

You do not need to have all the answers before the call. That is what we are here for.
